This opportunity sits within a large, well-established Managed Service Provider known for delivering high-quality IT solutions to enterprise clients. Based on-site in Livingston, you will join a collaborative IT support team as an Installation Engineer, playing a key role in the daily delivery, setup, and management of IT equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and recording daily deliveries of IT equipment
- Managing stock levels and despatches using Spark/ServiceNow
- Delivering and collecting IT equipment across the site using a company van
- Installing work settings (monitor, keyboard, dock, mouse) to desks as per standard documentation
- Performing repeat builds of laptops and workstations
- Logging returned IT assets and updating the master asset returns file
This is a hands-on, team-based role where attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.

- Basic technical experience in setting up workstations and IT equipment
