About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Raw Material Technologist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all incoming raw materials meet strict specifications. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to uphold quality and compliance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet agreed specifications
  • Monitor and support supplier performance
  • Assist the operations team by identifying and resolving raw material issues
  • Communicate non-conformances and track corrective actions
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and support compliance across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with the technical team on documentation and quality standards
  • Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP procedures
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a technical or quality role within food manufacturing
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 2 qualifications
