We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Manager to lead a retail shop fit-out project in Kettering.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running day-to-day operations and keeping everything moving smoothly
- Coordinating trades to make sure work is on time and up to standard
- Making sure health & safety (including fire safety) is always a top priority
- Solving issues quickly and keeping the project on track
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a successful fit-out
What we’re looking for:
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall certificates
- Asbestos Awareness
- Solid experience in retail/shop fit-out projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
