Job Description Job Title: Head of Procurement, Strategic Supplier Management n Location: Warton. Regular travel to Edinburgh required. n Salary: £71,200 + depending on experience n n What you’ll be doing: n You’ll work with the Procurement Director (Sensors and Support Solutions) managing a team of procurement executives, integrating with the key stakeholders across the business and working with our strategic partner to further enhance relationships and outcomes in the delivery of radar programmes including capability, delivery performance, new business and the long-term evolution of the future radar. n n You will be accountable for: n · Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with a strategic partner for the delivery and management of key programmes, delivering operational excellence (schedule, quality, cost & Relationship). n · Manage key campaigns and bids, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. n · Negotiating terms and conditions with clear and concise milestone criteria for achievement, ensuring contracts are comprehensive and protect the interests of the company and achieve positive outcome. n · Develop effectiv…
