I have a requirement to support a university in London on the maintenance of their ServiceNow platform. This role would be for an experienced consultant to provide support services for ServiceNow.
Rate: £750 per day
Length: 12 months
IR35: Outside
Location: Hybrid (South Coast of England)
Start date: 01.07.2025
We are looking for an experienced consultant with 7+ years to support them on a number of maintenance activities as per below:
- Platform Performance Monitoring
- ServiceNow Subscription Management
- Monthly Patch Scheduling and Deployment (Dev, Test, Prod)
- SLA Based Break/Fix Support
- Commonly Requested Services (User Admin, Reporting/dashboards, No Code)
- Program Governance
- Data Maintenance
- Full, twice-a-year upgrade management
- Platform HealthScan Review & Remediation / codeworks
- Production Deployment Support
- Platform Optimization (continual process and platform improvement)
- Ask the Architect - Enhancement (Design & Development)
