Key responsibilities
Perform regular health and safety inspections to ensure full compliance across the estate.
Practical skills across a range of trades, including plumbing, electrics, carpentry and decorating.
Relevant health and safety qualifications (eg. COSHH, Manual handling, etc.)
Strong problem-solving ability and the imitative to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
