This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated pharmacist to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive hospital environment. Location: NHS Hospital, Essex Hourly Rate: £32 to £37 per hour Start Date: Immediate, ongoing contract Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring optimal medication management and patient safety. Review and interpret medication orders, conducting medication therapy reviews. Participate in ward rounds with multidisciplinary teams to optimise treatment plans. Advise healthcare professionals on safe and effective drug therapies. Offer counselling to patients on their medications and ensure adherence. Contribute to the hospital’s medication safety initiatives and support ongoing clinical audits. Requirements: GPhC registration as a Pharmacist. Prior experience as a Clinical Pharmacist within an NHS hospital setting. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
