Job Description
Our client is international consulting firm. The recruitment and HR team require an temporary resource to provide support whilst they implement a new ATS. The role will include:
- Timely scheduling of multiple interviews.
- Work closely with the recruiters to ensure the recruitment system is updated accurately.
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in the recruitment process.
- Managing the maintenance of the shared Recruitment mailbox.
- Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews.
Required Candidate Experience:
- Ideally you will have experience working in an administrative function either within HR or recruitment.
- You will have a good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- You will be a team player, comfortable collaborating within the team and the wider business.
