We are currently looking for an individual to support the founder of a growing Space Consulting team within a boutique consultancy. You will play a pivotal role in building the space and satellite sector for the organisation on a global scale.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver strategic, commercial consulting projects for clients in the space sector.
- Contribute ideas and help to shape the practice’s direction.
- Collaborate with research and consulting colleagues to produce high-impact recommendations and white papers.
- Get hands-on with project delivery, business development, and proposals.
- Mentor and upskill other managers and consultants on space sector specifics, freeing up leadership to drive further growth.
- Leverage global resources and expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients worldwide.
Who We’re Looking For
- Must-Have: Experience in strategy consulting (ideally from a leading consulting firm), with a strong track record in delivering commercial, analytical projects.
- Deep knowledge of the space sector, with at least 80% of your recent work focused on space-related projects.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable with quantitative case studies and structured problem-solving.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) London; sponsorship and relocation support available.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in internal strategy or consulting teams within space-focused companies (e.g., satellite operators, space agencies).
- Exposure to policy work in the space sector, provided you also have a strategic/commercial focus.
- Entrepreneurial drive - ready to bring new ideas and help shape a growing practice.
