Job Description Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the company. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Implement strategies to improve financial performance. Manage financial risk within the organisation. Collaborate with other departments to achieve the organisation’s objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance should have: Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Experience in managing a finance team. Proven experience in the Housing, construction or property sector. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
