We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Social & Community Executive to join our growing team in London. This role is key to helping us develop and execute our social and community strategy across the UK, Europe, and North America. You will be at the heart of building and nurturing relationships with influencers, agents, and communities, and working closely with internal and external teams to amplify our brand's presence and engagement on key social platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day collaborations with influencers and online communities, working closely with the Social and Community Associate to coordinate influencer outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive influencer database, with a particular focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the social and community strategy for the UK, Europe, and North America markets.
  • Track and analyse performance, community engagement, and influencer collaborations across platforms.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support with planning and execution of events in local markets.
  • Manage our Community Ambassador programme to drive effective ROI through engagement, awareness, UGC and base growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management, ideally within the UK, European, or North American markets.
  • Familiarity with key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer tools.
  • Experience working with or managing influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and community-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
