We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer ready to take ownership of technically complex and high-impact subsea projects. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team with a strong track record across SURF, IRM, decommissioning, and renewables. You’ll be empowered to drive innovation, ensure delivery excellence, and mentor the next generation of engineers.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering delivery. From supporting FEED studies and installation analyses to mobilisations and offshore operations, you will help shape the technical backbone of our subsea projects. You will also contribute to method development and continuous improvement initiatives that advance our capabilities in both traditional and renewable sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead engineering and technical delivery for subsea project scopes and tenders
  • Collaborate across departments and with subcontractors to develop robust, efficient, and safe operational methods
  • Provide expert input to procurement, HSEQ, and operations throughout project lifecycles
  • Mentor junior engineers and graduates, fostering professional growth and technical development
  • Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices through innovation and lessons learned

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in subsea ROV construction projects, with a strong background in SURF, IRM, decommissioning, or renewables
  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (BSc or above)
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of engineering standards and offshore regulations
  • Confident communicator with leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
