Residential Care Home Manager - learning disabilities

Our Client, a well respected, local Care Home in East Sussex has a permanent need for an experienced Home Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have held a Registered Manager post previously and have the confidence to drive and manage the care and nursing staff for this established organisation. 65-£70,000/annum with attractive benefits and holiday entitlement. Coaching and problem solving Help with onboarding and training 5-10 years managing residential and nursing homes ~ NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care ~ Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) ~ If you are an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager with significant experience in managing residential and nursing homes with a proven track record of improving care standards, leading multidisciplinary teams, and achieving positive CQC ratings, we\’d like to hear from you now.
