Project Scheduler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join an international aerospace supplier in Stevenage.

As a critical link between the projects team and the program manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project scheduling and effective planning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals and deadlines.
• Work closely with project teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Train and mentor team members on project scheduling best practices and tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related updates and adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Planner, or Project Manager (Non-IT projects) in manufacturing or production environments (preferably Aerospace, Automotive, or Rail).
• Expertise in Primavera, PPM2 (e.g., Planisware), and Microsoft Project.
• Previous experience as a team leader, coach or manager.
• Strong communication and leadership skills Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
