Leading Global SaaS Platform Onboarding & Implementation Specialist – MarTech / SaaS Day rate: £166/day Location: London 3 days, WFH 2 days Contract length: 14 months Are you passionate about customer success, tech integration, and helping businesses unlock the true potential of their marketing tools? We\’re hiring on behalf of a world-renowned SaaS provider that empowers millions of businesses globally with its all-in-one marketing platform. Think: intuitive, data-driven, and game-changing in how brands connect with their audiences. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join a growing team focused on ensuring customers see value from day one and continue to thrive long after onboarding. What you’ll be doing: Guide new customers through onboarding and help them unlock early value Understand client goals and create tailored onboarding strategies Work directly with technical stakeholders to integrate the platform into their marketing stack Track key implementation milestones and mitigate risks that could lead to churn Be a domain expert on the platform and act as a trusted advisor Recommend service solutions and partners where needed Collaborate closely with internal customer-facing teams to ensure a seamless journey Proactively flag issues, highlight wins, and identify growth opportunities Mentor newer team members and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team culture What we’re looking for: ~2+ years in marketing, advertising strategy, or MarTech (especially digital/display) ~ Experience in customer-facing roles: Customer Success, Account Management, B2B Sales ~ Proven success managing onboarding and implementation for SaaS products ~ Solid understanding of the MarTech ecosystem ~ Confident juggling strategic conversations and technical detail with ease ~ Strong relationship-building skills and a natural problem-solver ~ Comfortable guiding customers through change and adoption ~ Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, accountable, adaptable ✨ Bonus points for: Experience with HTML/CSS Familiarity with self-service SaaS solutions Multilingual in a major European language Understanding of CRM and Customer Success platforms If you’re ready to join a mission-driven team making a real impact in the marketing tech space, we’d love to hear from you.
