The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

  • Responsible for the service transition from projects into operation

  • Works with project and architecture teams to understand service impact of proposed solutions

  • Determines and defines support requirements associated with new and changes services

  • Captures and manages risks associated with the introduction of new services

  • Defines Service Acceptance Criteria and manages their completion

  • Defines entry and exit criteria for Early Life Support

  • Oversees the Early Life Support phase of projects to ensure full operational readiness

  • Creates documentation to track the transition of deliverables into operational support, to assist support teams in knowledge transfer, training and ongoing support

  • Works with stakeholders to highlight and address potential support gaps

  • Produce management information and reporting to show progress

Please note internally this role is titled Service Introduction Manager

In this role, you’ll use your strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of ITIL disciplines (qualified beyond Foundation level) to communicate complex technical information in a clear and credible manner. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving, collaboration, influencing, and conflict management skills to guide and support IT teams through key operational processes.
