Our client are looking for a Technical Analyst to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their clients. This is a very varied position where the Technical Analyst will be working across IT systems, servers, networks, devices and much more. Overview of the role:

  • Resolve support tickets within the service desk
  • Install, configure, and maintain devices
  • Work with the Senior IT Engineer
  • Maintain the IT network
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement fixes
  • Manage all Microsoft Services
  • Coordinate orders when required
  • Assist in updating the documentation for all IT systems
  • Routine maintenance of checks IT equipment
  • Monitoring IT systems and the network
  • Report any findings to the Senior IT Engineer
  • Work on various projects throughout the year

To be considered you will have:

  • 2+ years in computer networks and systems maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Confidence to autonomously
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise in a busy working environment
  • Microsoft systems administration experience
