Our client are looking for a Technical Analyst to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their clients. This is a very varied position where the Technical Analyst will be working across IT systems, servers, networks, devices and much more. Overview of the role:
- Resolve support tickets within the service desk
- Install, configure, and maintain devices
- Work with the Senior IT Engineer
- Maintain the IT network
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement fixes
- Manage all Microsoft Services
- Coordinate orders when required
- Assist in updating the documentation for all IT systems
- Routine maintenance of checks IT equipment
- Monitoring IT systems and the network
- Report any findings to the Senior IT Engineer
- Work on various projects throughout the year
To be considered you will have:
- 2+ years in computer networks and systems maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
- Ability to solve problems
- Confidence to work autonomously
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise in a busy working environment
- Microsoft systems administration experience
