A fantastic Primary School in Enfield is actively looking for an Unqualified Primary Classroom Assistant to join their team starting ASAP.

So, what will you be doing as an Unqualified Primary Classroom Assistant:

  • Support the Classroom Teacher in delivering the lesson

  • Assist with creating lesson materials, getting the classroom ready for lessons and maintaining a safe environment for the pupils

  • Holding 1:1 and group intervention sessions with pupils to assist with their academic and social growth

  • Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels & GCSEs)

  • Have a passion and drive for teaching and seeing pupils develop

  • Experience working alongside SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc.) is desirable but not required

  • Be an outgoing individual who can work efficiently within a team
