Job Description The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm renowned for providing specialist legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Recognised internationally for exceptional client care and high-quality lawyers, the firm is expanding its team and seeking a File Handler to manage their own caseload of litigated small claims track files. In this role, you will efficiently handle both quantum and liability small claims cases while employing effective telephone negotiation techniques to secure appropriate settlements.
