German Sales Account Manager | Inbound Tech Sales | B2B SaaS Location: Bournemouth, UK (Hybrid/Remote from UK) Decisions – Award-winning Microsoft meeting software We’re looking for a fluent German speaker to join our high-performing Sales team at representing – a Norwegian-born, award-winning Microsoft add-on that transforms meetings from meh to magic . A next-gen meeting management SaaS tool that integrates directly with Microsoft Teams, helping Enterprise clients streamline agendas, document outcomes, and boost productivity. Manage and grow existing accounts – consult, upsell, and add value Work in a fast-paced, friendly and professional sales floor Work-life balance: Hybrid setup of 3 days in office from our Bournemouth HQ in Richmond Hill and Mondays and Fridays remotely. For those with strong minimum 1 year of SaaS experience we can offer more flexibility with fully remote role. ✅ Inbound-Only Sales: Warm leads, no cold calls. ✅ Account Growth Focus: Real Impact: You’ll help leadership teams across Europe run more efficient meetings. Performance incentives: Speaks German at native level & an excellent level of English At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, Saas space is a must (with a background in conducting demos/presentations) High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumen Start Date: ASAP/ negotiable
