Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs ? GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join a diverse and welcoming school in Hackney .
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges .

Assist in developing behaviour management strategies tailored to student needs.

Promote self-regulation techniques and encourage positive decision-making.

Support students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs in a structured environment.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to foster progress.
Requirements:
