Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs ? GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join a diverse and welcoming school in Hackney .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-on-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges .

  2. Assist in developing behaviour management strategies tailored to student needs.

  3. Promote self-regulation techniques and encourage positive decision-making.

  4. Support students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs in a structured environment.

  5. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to foster progress.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting students with behavioural challenges .

  • A patient, calm, and understanding approach to managing behaviour.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
