Senior MI Analyst

Senior MI Analyst – 6-month Fixed Term Contract – Central Nottingham / Hybrid£50,000 – £58,000 + 35-hour work week and great benefitsThis profitable and multi-national business are looking to add an experienced MI Analyst to their collaborative team, who will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the firms MI and data analytics solutions. This role leans itself to be more of a ‘Business Data Analyst role’, where you will act as the bridge between the data team and wider business stakeholders.The MI Analyst will still undertake hands on data analysis, but you will work closely with central business teams to provide insight and guidance on how data and MI can add value. Ideally, you will have the skills needed to develop solutions using the Microsoft technologies and will have proven experience in applying best practices for delivering business critical MI services. The role will require 1-2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham. Manchester or Birmingham could also be considered. This will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract.Package:

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders / clients to understand their data journey and how value can be provided through data and MI
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining MI Solutions e.g. reporting, dashboards and analytics tools
• Tech Stack – SSRS, SSMS, PowerBI, T-SQL, SQL Server, Visual Studio
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in an analytical and data intensive environment
