Our client based in West Malling is seeking a Team Assistant to join their team. This is a temporary position, duration circa 6 months.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Provide proactive administrative support to two Directors and the wider team.
- Manage complex and busy diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling queries and correspondence professionally.
- Organise and prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and away days, both virtual and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure all documentation is up to date and well-organised.
- Support with document production, including formatting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Provide general office support such as ordering supplies, managing post, and liaising with suppliers or facilities where required.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team-wide initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and project support as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
