We are actively seeking Insurance Lawyers to support our Fortune 500 client on legal matters across their Marine, Aviation, Energy, Construction, and Credit lines.

Credentials:

  • 3+ years of relevant insurance legal experience.
  • Experience in UK insurance regulatory matters.
  • Strong understanding of agency law and distribution models in insurance.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing complex insurance agreements.
  • Knowledge of specialty insurance lines a plus.
  • Track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.

Support our F500 corporate client with the following:

  • Draft and review various agreements including:
  • Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) agreements
  • Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs)
  • Facility Agreements
  • Claims Handling Agreements
  • Binding Agreements.
  • Provide counsel on agency and distribution issues and associated legal areas.
  • Support the Global Specialty Legal team on day-to-day matters.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory requirements affecting specialty insurance lines.
