Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 3 β 5+ PQE, Β£40,000 to Β£60,000 (DOE), Wiltshire.
We are looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join this friendly and collaborative team. You will be part of a leading firm that\βs kept its High Street family feel, with the chance to develop your own thriving desk and build lasting relationships across our strong client base. This is a full time role with flexibility around office location, attracting 28 days\β holiday, plus public holidays. Corporate & Commercial Solicitor:
You\βll work with a wide range of businesses, advising on a wide range of areas including, business sales, acquisitions and mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups.
You\βll be a confident communicator with around 3 β 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused. Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care. The firm are looking for people who are calm under pressure, proactive and true team players.
