Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a leading Legal 500 firm, well-regarded nationwide for its Clinical Negligence and Healthcare litigation expertise.

As part of its continued national growth, the firm is seeking a driven Solicitor to join its specialist Clinical Negligence team in Leeds. You’ll work alongside recognised experts on a wide range of complex and high-value defendant Clinical Negligence and Health-related claims.

The team acts for a high-profile client base including NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, private healthcare providers and insurers. You’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years’ PQE
  • Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation or related areas
  • Exposure to NHS Resolution or MDO work is desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical ability and file management skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-led approach
  • Capable of handling both routine and complex cases
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team-focused, with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
