Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading civils and construction firm and we are recruiting an experienced submissions manager to join their civils pre-construction team in their office in Belfast with flexible/hybrid working available.
You will be a key part of the submissions team collaborating with the technical team and the estimators on creating excellent PQQ/Tender submissions, generally working on projects valued between £5m-£150M.
We are ideally looking for people from a tier 1 background but won’t rule people out if they’re not. You will be heavily involved in writing responses to pre-qualification questionnaires/tender requests with occasional site visits.
We need someone with at least 5 years’ of experience in writing tender and pre-qualification questionnaire responses from a civils/construction background and ideally a degree level qualification or equivalent in an engineering or construction related field.
You will need experience within the civil engineering and construction industry with a submissions/bidding history to hit the ground running and experience working to deadlines and in high pressure situations.
