Painter & Decorator (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

Fixed Term – Full Time We are looking to recruit a Painter & Decorator to join us working on our East End Homes contract, based from our office in London, E1 8HP. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, youll carrying out responsive and planned painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include glossing, emulsion, papering and treading damp and mould. Youll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing prefect finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first. Muti Skilled in plastering, tiling, would be advantageous . Youll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
