We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Customer Service Operative to join a well-established business in Banbury Retail Park. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in retail and distribution.
The role is a combination of warehouse and customer service duties, and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting, as you’ll be working with carpets and flooring products.
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and moving carpet rolls and flooring products
- Assisting customers with orders and enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space
- Supporting with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone

- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
