We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Customer Service Operative to join a well-established business in Banbury Retail Park. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in retail and distribution.

The role is a combination of warehouse and customer service duties, and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting, as you’ll be working with carpets and flooring products.

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and moving carpet rolls and flooring products
  • Assisting customers with orders and enquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space
  • Supporting with incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
  • Previous warehouse or retail experience is a bonus but not essential
