What You’ll Be Doing

1. Import Process ManagementOversee the entire import cycle—ensuring compliance, coordination, and seamless execution across departments and partners.

2. Shared Mailbox MasteryBe the go-to for import queries. Manage the shared inbox, retrieve key documentation, and liaise with transport to keep things moving.

3. Customs Entries (CDS via ASM Sequoia)Prepare and submit customs declarations with precision. Stay updated on HMRC regulations and system updates.

4. Documentation & InvoicingCraft accurate commercial invoices and import documents that align perfectly with shipment details.

5. Booking & SchedulingSecure transport bookings, confirm schedules, and keep all stakeholders in the loop.

6. Billing & Cost ManagementEnsure every charge is accounted for and invoiced correctly—no detail too small.

7. Cross-Team CollaborationSupport the Domestic and Export teams when needed. A great opportunity to broaden your logistics skillset.

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on import experience (including customs entries)
