Job Description
- Stock Picking: Accurately pick parts and stock as per issued orders or requests.
- Stock Issuance: Sign parts and stock out of inventory and update relevant records.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Stock Management: Organise and maintain the storage area to ensure items are easily accessible and inventory counts are accurate.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure stock requirements are met efficiently.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stock control role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills for inventory and stock management systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
