Role Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of over 100 personal tax clients

Planning, managing, and ensuring the success of multiple engagements

Maintaining clear communication with staff and clients, addressing concerns and queries

Managing engagements within budgets and time constraints, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Supporting business development activities to expand the client base and increase the portfolio year on year

Providing oversight and reviewing personal tax and trusts
-
Offering support and guidance to staff to ensure timely completion of client engagements

Identifying value-added services for clients and driving improvement in systems and processes

Participating in strategic decision-making, promotions, and salary reviews

Assisting colleagues across the firm with technical taxation matters

ACA qualified with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in practice

Proven experience managing personal tax clients and trust portfolios

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Self-motivated and reliable, with a desire for career progression

Supervisory experience with a positive attitude and natural leadership skills
-
Ability to manage within budgets and time constraints while maintaining high client satisfaction

Strong experience in business development and expanding client portfolios
-
Familiarity with CCH software (training provided if necessary)

Ā£120,000 – Ā£180,000 per annum
