Export Administrator £23,000 Plus x2 Annual Bonus schemes Liverpool We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Administrator to join a dynamic shipping team. As an Export Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all export documentation and logistics. You will work closely with various internal teams, freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate and execute shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Hours of work 2 pm – 10 pm Monday to Friday with a Hybrid model 3 days in the Office and 2 days working from home. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and manage customer export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. * Coordinate with shipping and freight companies to arrange transport and manage schedules. * Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. * Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. * Effective Communication with overseas customers and provide updates on the status of their orders. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation. * Assist in the preparation of reports related to export activities. SKILLS: * Previous experience in an export or logistics administration role is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping regulations (NOT ESSENTIAL) * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
