About Us: We’re a leading provider of temporary site electrics, supporting major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. From site setup to decommissioning, we deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable electrical solutions – fast.
The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our operations and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors.
- Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings to prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Track sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and meet/exceed growth targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven business development or sales experience in the construction supply chain.
- Knowledge of temporary electrics or broader electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Strong existing contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
