Working Hours: 3 x full-time roles (37 hours per week) 1 x part-time role (18.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
Sandwell Children's Trust is seeking 3.5 Service Support Officers to join our Business Admin Service, supporting the Child Protection and Court Social Work Teams. This is an opportunity to contribute to vital services that protect and support vulnerable children and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day admin support to Court Officers and Social Work Teams
- Maintain and update Court/Legal Order trackers
- Type minutes for Strategy Meetings, Core Groups, and Public Law Outline meetings
- Schedule, reschedule and issue invites for meetings using Microsoft Outlook and MS Teams
- Chase documentation, track minutes, manage returns, and escalate delays as needed
- Upload minutes and records to LCS (Liquid Logic Children’s System)
- Answer incoming calls, manage post, and maintain electronic/paper filing systems
- Provide reception cover and ad hoc admin support as required
