Handyperson

Morson Talent are recruiting for a Handyperson / Fabric engineer, to join a leading property maintenance company. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of general building services. The purpose of the role is to assist the Technical Services team in the provision of FM Services, whilst delivering a high-quality service. The role will include assisting in the operation, of repair and maintenance of Building, Handy person / fabric duties. The successful candidate must be available to start within the next two weeks, Duties and Responsibilities: • General Handy person duties • Carpentry and joinery (Fire Doors) • General decorating, fixing repairs, painting & making good. • Ensure effective lamping replacement is undertaken for all bulbs and tubes • Repairing all building faults (Tiling, hanging pictures, window frames, Doors, Walls, Ceilings and floors) • Removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers if needed • Assist the engineering team to ensure that all planned and reactive engineering activities meet and exceed both service levels and customer expectations.
