About the Role: As a Individual Giving Manager , you will lead the charge in engaging individual supporters, nurturing relationships, and executing successful direct marketing campaigns. Manage end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns, collaborating with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders. Lead a dedicated team, offering mentorship and inspiring them to excel. Oversee social media promotions and email campaigns, working alongside marketing experts. Track performance using data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement. Proven experience in Individual Giving, Direct Marketing, or a similar fundraising role. Strong project management and leadership skills.
