The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

  • Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF

  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping

  • Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support

  • Process UK wholesaler and retailer orders accurately onto the system

  • Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain

  • Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds

  • Build strong relationships with B2B partners

  • Sales order processing experience, within FMCG essential

  • Happy to be onsite in Southeast London 5 days a week

  • Previous experience using ERP systems ( Ideally Unleashed )
