We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join our thriving Humanities department. About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and wellqualified Humanities Teacher to inspire and engage our students. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge across the Humanities disciplines (e.g. Geography History RE) and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all abilities. Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering highquality Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable) Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback Contributing to the development of the Humanities curriculum Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Humanities department and across the school Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students Participating in school events and activities The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A strong academic background in Humanities subjects Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Humanities Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons A commitment to high standards of achievement and behaviour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school We Offer: A supportive and welcoming working environment Excellent professional development opportunities A commitment to your wellbeing The chance to make a real difference to the lives of young people How to Apply: Please send your CV explaining why you are the right person for this role to Gareth Blythen.
