Vertu Honda Grantham We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at our Vertu Honda Grantham dealership and offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £90,000 and a company car. Our Vertu Honda Grantham dealership is one of our 17 Honda car and 3 Honda Motorcycles businesses we operate in the UK. It has great potential for the right candidate, who, if successful, will join the largest Honda retailer in Europe. We are looking for a leader who is driven to deliver performance through all departments delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to our customers. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are value and goal driven and have the ambition to work with Honda and be passionate about this iconic brand. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and have passion and energy to lead and develop an established team. You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence of the business while driving finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be. You will also ensure that policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, customer and that colleague health and safety is prioritised. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager within the sector, achieving excellence by delivering both financial, customer centric and employee satisfaction results.
