We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operatives in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs in both residential and commercial properties.
  • Performing a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting and more.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a tidy, safe working environment.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and managing workloads efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and excellent time management.
