Following a structural review, the Charity now has a position for a Deputy Manager This unique service is designed to provide a bespoke service for each member of a very small Religious Community in Ealing. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Sisters are provided with the highest quality of support by facilitating each person to live an independent and fulfilled life. You will support a small team of staff in the governance of this service in an efficient and effective manner in the aims and objectives of the service. The Deputy Manager position is 37.5hpw across the 24/7 continuum and is to assist the Service Manager in the provision of the service. What we need from you as a Deputy Manager · Proven experience in exceptional care of the elderly, and essentially a recognised Health or Social Care qualification above a level 3 · Extensive experience of leading and managing staff teams · Minimum of five years’ experience in care of the elderly. · Practical experience in managing health related issues in an elderly cohort. · Experience of developing service development plans with practical experience of change management. · Ability to demonstr…
