Site Works Manager Location: RAF Benson, Clay Lane, Benson, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 6AA Working Hours: 40 per week (Start Time – 7am) Mon – Fri Pay Rate: £21 – £24 ph Key Responsibilities * Running and delivering reactive and remedial works specific to our contract and also running small scale billable works jobs akin to small works projects up to the value of £100K * Good team focused individuals, attention to detail and willing to help support the teams in the delivery of our contracted FM works, able to work in a military environment Key Skills * SMSTS, * H&S/CDM experience, * previous experience of running small works up to £100K, * commercial understanding, * technical background or experience * technically astute * experienced in facilities management and small scale project works
