About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Building Safety Case Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for keeping a privately owned portfolio of 35 high-rise buildings safe and compliant with the Building Safety Act 2022. This is a new role with lots of room to grow your career. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, carrying out building inspections, checking safety documents, and making sure everything meets the latest rules.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all parts of the Building Safety Case, keeping detailed records of inspections, incidents, and reports.
  • Review safety documents and challenge anything that doesn’t seem right.
  • Carry out regular building inspections to make sure everything is safe and up to standard.
  • Work with the Building Safety Regulator, submitting reports and information when needed.
  • Handle budgets and purchasing related to building safety.
  • Keep clients updated with clear reports on building safety and compliance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest building safety laws and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in leasehold property management, asset management, or health and safety, especially around building safety.
  • Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and how to manage Safety Case Reports for taller buildings (over 18 meters or 7 storeys).
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly.
