Internal Sales Account Manager £30K – £35K plus benefits including 25 days holiday 8am – 5.30 – Monday to Friday, Leeds Company Description Our client a UK\’s leading supplier of plastics and related materials for various industries, Display & Graphics, Industrial & Engineering, Building & Construction, and Retail & Commercial Interiors. with nationwide sites, Role Description Working in a team of 4 this is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative located in Leeds. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for inside sales, customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management on a daily basis within the Yorkshire and Humber area. You will build new clients over the phone, email and some trade counter Account manage existing and new clients Offer a consultative sell Provide a great customer service Offering pricing on products Chasing quotations you have made, and ensuring the order process runs smoothly Provide an excellent customer service. To maintain and expand sales and profit from an assigned sales sectors; identify and develop key and target accounts In conjunction with the ESR and PCM to manage their sales territory so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders. Develop and agree methods to obtain additional new business. Proactively seek out new opportunities and follow up initial sales leads To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders. Utilise CRM system To hold monthly meetings to discuss your accounts activity To be aware of competitive activity and to report changes in the marketplace To maintain a daybook and other procedures in accordance with the Company’s Standard Practice Instructions (SPI’s) To assist with stock holding in ensuring accurate stocks are maintained to service customer requirements To understand the Company administrative procedures, including credit control and the requirements of SPI’s To assist the Administrator in settling any customer claims for credit in a prompt and efficient manner To understand the role of Credit Control and all other departments of the Company and promote good communications with all of them Assist in the total effort of the team in meeting and exceeding its budgeted sales and profit targets and in the smooth and efficient working of all areas Experience required Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills Preferably experience from a similar industry – Plastics, Building merchants or similar Exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction abilities Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the plastics or related industry is a plus If you would like any further details please forward your CV for further consideration.
