📍 Hybrid – 3 days on-site in London SW1A, 2 days remote

Are you a SharePoint Developer with strong on-premise experience and active SC Clearance?

We’re hiring a Microsoft SharePoint Developer to join a leading programme within the public sector. You’ll work on cutting-edge SharePoint solutions—designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, workflows, and integrations that power collaboration and operational excellence.

🔧 What You\’ll Do

• Design and build SharePoint 2016/2019/SE on-premise solutions
• Develop web parts, custom workflows, and integrations
• Enhance UI/UX with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS
• Use PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio
• Configure and manage SharePoint services, search, and profiles
• Integrate with 3rd party platforms and enterprise systems
• Implement governance, compliance, and security policies
• Deliver user training and support documentation

🧠 What You Bring

• Active SC Clearance (minimum) – essential
• Expertise in SharePoint on-prem, SPFx, Visual Studio, PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST API, CSOM, and SQL Server
• Experience with workflow tools (Nintex, Power Automate)
• Familiar with DevOps, Git-based versioning, Agile environments
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of security best practices and governance in SharePoint

🎯 Bonus Skills:

• SharePoint migration experience
• Power BI integration
• Authentication & SSO knowledge
