Job Title: National Account Manager Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE + Electric company car or £5k car allowance, Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially astute National Account Manager to lead the growth and development of a portfolio of key accounts within period and continence care categories. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across major UK Grocery and High Street retailers. Take full ownership of your account portfolio, delivering against annual budget targets and building tailored strategies for growth Conduct range reviews and analyse customer data to maximise sales performance Present market insights, trends, and focus group outcomes to influence customer decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer service and swift resolution of any issues Proactively target new accounts and unlock further growth opportunities 3 years + of National Account Management experience in the FMCG industry Proven success managing large accounts within UK Grocery or High Street retail Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on data and trends Highly proficient in Excel and confident working with financial metrics (margins, YoY comparisons, percentages) Experience in both own label and branded product management This role would suit a strategic thinker with a passion for commercial success and a drive to make an impact within a growing category
