Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading organisation in the banking sector? We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese Speaking Admin Assistant to join our Business Planning Group! If you possess a keen interest in corporate and investment banking, have strong organisational skills, and can communicate in both English and Japanese, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • As an integral member of the Business Planning Group, you will support the Front Offices of the Bank in promoting our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) initiatives.
  • Assisting the Head of Business Planning Group and team members in executing business promotion initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Creating and reviewing English and Japanese reports and submitting them to senior management on time.
  • Supporting regular reporting processes to senior management and coordinating key meetings and forums.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various teams and departments.

  • A basic understanding of CIB businesses and a genuine interest in the financial industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
