We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our established facilities management team covering sites across the Central Belt of Scotland & Fife. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
- Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in a 1-in-12 on-call rota
- Diagnose and repair faults with hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitary appliances
- Carry out minor installation works and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Time-served plumber with commercial experience
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and team members
