We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our established facilities management team covering sites across the Central Belt of Scotland & Fife. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in a 1-in-12 on-call rota
  • Diagnose and repair faults with hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitary appliances
  • Carry out minor installation works and system upgrades
  • Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Time-served plumber with commercial experience
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and team members
