Multistaff Recruitment is now hiring PCV/Coach drivers for full-time, long-distance coach services across Black Country. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local company offering consistent hours, great flexibility, and competitive pay. This role is long term, temp to perm and offers long term stability to the right candidates.
Drive local and national routes with a 5 on 3 off shift pattern β overtime available.
- Average shifts: 10 - 12
- Weekly hours: Between 40 and 50
- Choose from early, middle, late, or night shifts β 24/7 operation
- Free onsite parking available
What is expected:
- Drive safely, responsibly, and on time
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
- Perform daily safety checks and report defects
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
- Accurately complete timesheets and log working hours
What we need:
- Valid UK PCV (Category D) licence
- Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 monthsβ experience (2+ years preferred)
- Basic or Enhanced DBS (We can provide this if you donβt have one)
- No more than 6 points on your licence (no DRs, DGs, or bans)
